Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in maintaining and developing customer relationships, guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process, and presenting finance and insurance options. Your responsibilities will include:
Building long-term business partnerships to encourage repeat transactions. Understanding and exceeding customer needs with expert advice and service. Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles and recommending additional beneficial services. Staying informed about product knowledge and market trends. Handling all administrative tasks related to sales. Maintaining accurate client information in our database. Key Info
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Base Salary: $62,444 PLUS uncapped commission - huge earning potential!
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training in ethical sales practices. The ideal candidate will be:
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills. Skilled in negotiation and closing deals. Proficient in customer relationship management. Holder of a current and valid driver's license, with the ability to drive a manual transmission. What We Offer
