As a front-line representative, you'll embody the professionalism and passion that define our vehicles.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Greeting customers, making bookings, and managing the customer experience in our service department.
Parts & Accessories: Order and dispatch parts and accessories.
Costing: Accurately assess completed work, process, and allocate invoices.
Documentation: Handle customer write-ups and instructions.
Tech Savvy: High standard of computer skills.
Booking Management: Efficiently schedule appointments.
Invoicing: Process and allocate invoices.
Key Criteria:
Dealership Experience: Ideally, worked in a dealership environment.
Service Advisor Background: Prior experience as a service advisor preferred.
Passion Personified: Represent our vehicles with pride.
