Join our central Risk Governance team and play a key role in driving the optimisation and uplift of Macquarie's risk policies and material risk frameworks. What role will you play? As a Manager, you will design and support policy governance enhancements, facilitate cross-functional consultation and work with a wide range of senior stakeholders. Your mandate will link to many aspects of the Risk Management Framework, such as risk reporting and risk systems, monitoring and oversight, providing you with the opportunity to build strong relationships with risk professionals across Macquarie's diverse businesses.
You will partner with Policy and Risk Framework Owners through drafting and advisory support, prepare communications, reports and presentations for key stakeholders as well as support the maintenance and optimisation of systems and processes which enable the efficient and effective management of Macquarie-wide policies and risk frameworks.
What you offer Strong knowledge and experience in policy, framework or risk governance Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven experience in policy and/or framework drafting is preferred Demonstrable experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels A detailed oriented mindset alongside the ability to formulate strategic solutions Strong understanding of core risk management practices across the 3LOD and familiarity with risk governance practices and risk taxonomies A proven track record of delivery, and the ability to work independently and autonomously About the Risk Management Group In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
