Our Opportunity Work Location: Fortescue Centre - Fortescue's Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.

Are you an expert in international compensation and benefits? Fortescue is seeking a Principal International Remuneration Advisor to lead and shape our global remuneration strategies, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent in alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Develop and lead international compensation strategies aligned with our goals and industry benchmarks. Design and manage international employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with tax and legal standards. Oversee international performance incentives, including annual Staff Incentive Plans and retention schemes. Conduct job evaluations and manage the international remuneration review process. Provide data-driven insights using SAP and SuccessFactors analytics. Prepare reports and papers for committees and the Board. Collaborate with HR, tax teams, and Senior Leaders to align strategies with business needs. Coach and mentor team members to build expertise across the organisation. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Proven expertise in international compensation and benefits management. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights. Experience in leadership, project management, and handling competing priorities. Knowledge of the resources sector is desirable but not essential. High integrity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. About Us Be part of something big.
