This role will support the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre.
Your day to day will consist of... Manage the overall Enterprise Risk including: Security Risk, Project Risk, Operational Risk, Business Risk and Contract Management.Responsible for the development and delivery of standards, procedures and conducting risk management activities to ensure the systems are appropriately configured in compliance with policy and technical standards.Involved in conducting threat risk assessment of projects and solutions.Supervise the coordination of activities between the customer and Optus, including all vendors associated with this program delivery.Conduct and manage any audits required for the Customer / Optus / Suppliers associated with this account.What makes you perfect for the role?
