About The Role
The Executive Officer supports the Chief of Staff in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Office of the CEO. This role streamlines processes, manages high-priority requests, and ensures seamless communication, enabling the Chief of Staff and CEO to focus on strategic priorities. By coordinating executive meetings, managing briefings, and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, the Executive Officer plays a vital role in shaping impactful organizational initiatives. This role can be full time or part time (3 or 4 days per week).

In This Role You Will
Design and streamline processes to boost efficiency within the OoCEO. Manage requests, timelines, and planning tools like Office 365 to ensure smooth operations and timely task delivery. Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and deliverable follow-ups. Oversee CEO speaking requests, ensuring allocation, tracking, and quality assurance for engagements. Prepare reports, pre-board materials, bi-monthly board updates, and draft internal and external communications. Foster continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimizations to enhance operational efficiency. Here's What We're Looking For
You are highly detail-oriented and take pride in delivering precise, high-quality work, ensuring all tasks and deliverables meet the highest standards. You can assess situations quickly, using sound judgment to make informed decisions and proactively identify needs of Executive and suggest opportunities for improvement. You possess strong interpersonal skills and can effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organisation to negotiate and agree timelines and approaches for responding to CEO requests. You are comfortable working with senior executives, external partners, and other stakeholders. You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously and taking initiative to drive results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and project management tools such as Planner, Lists and Workflow. You excel at communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
