This is an exciting opportunity to lead in shaping strategic roadmaps for key teams under the new EPI structure and use these to feed into a broader education, prevention, and awareness strategy for the branch. This will require working closely with the Executive Manager and teams across the branch and broader agency (including research, investigation, and other strategy-focused teams) to help shape program strategies and direction over a one to three-year period. It will also involve setting key performance indicators for program delivery and assisting teams in ensuring data is being captured to measure program performance and effectiveness.
The role will also support the Executive Manager in meeting key business objectives. This may include drafting policy statements or briefings, or other work to support the branch's overall strategic direction.
