Fairview Heights State School are seeking expressions of interest for a Deputy Principal to join their school community on a temporary full-time basis, from 23 January 2025 until 28 February 2025 unless otherwise determined.
Within This Role You Will Have The Opportunity To:
Improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools; Develop the quality of teaching and learning; Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

Fairview Heights State School is located in the north-western outskirts of Toowoomba on 6 hectares of beautifully landscaped grounds. Established in 1995, the school caters for students from prep to year 6 including our Special Education Unit.

Deputise for the Principal when required. Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity. Embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
