Business Analyst

Services and Deliverables:
-Work with both technical teams and business teams to help define and refine requirements.
-Document current and future state processes flows.
-Collaborate and assist as needed with communications between stakeholders, project management team, and internal technical teams.
-Assist in Confluence documentation and JIRA backlog management.
-Work with technical product owners to facilitate requirements sessions and break down business requirements into actionable JIRA stories, etc.
- Occasionally help to support existing production systems as needed.
- Assist and lead other areas as needed in a business analyst/systems analyst capacity.
