Your Role
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and enthusiastic persons for this term-time position of Administration Assistant .
This is a term-time continuing position for 32hpw, commencing from January 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
The Administration Assistant is a key role in our school office, providing support to the school leadership team.
This position will assist the school leadership team with all aspects of the enrolment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining waitlists, and sending letters of offer.
About you
The successful applicant will have relevant qualifications and/or experience and an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education.
In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a high proficiency in computer skills.

A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
A current First Aid Certificate Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
