RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and provide feedback to help update price book and inventory Integrated Systems products.Drive NPI activities for ANZ by working with product management and R&D.
Provide support to the respective product manager to ensure new products will be released with all required collateral, training, involving all aspects of the business from sales and service.Support and train internal and external stakeholders' sales tools including product presentations, competitive analysis, technical documents, configurators, case studies, and tender specifications.Work closely with enterprise sales and channel sales to build funnels and help close those projects.Provide feedback to product management about market requirements, customer feedback, and competition information.Provide product enablement to sales and partners so they are fully aware of product portfolio, changes, and upcoming products, messaging, and how and when to position each solution to customers.Align with company strategies and develop programs to deliver on these requirements.WHS, Environment & Quality: Comply with all Work, Health & Safety, Environment and Quality obligations.Actively promote safety in the workplace.REQUIREMENTS: Engineering degree.Thermal Systems product portfolio knowledge.Market knowledge of thermal management & power products including application.Understanding of tender processes and the application of products to fit their requirements.Excellent technical understanding and knowledge of thermal management and rack UPS products and concepts.Competency in reading technical drawings and design specifications.Proficient in technical writing.Strong English writing and presentation skills.The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principles & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
