We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.As the Therapy Support Consultant, you'll deliver therapy support and services to our patients receiving CPAP and other Sleep Therapies, by answering incoming phone calls from patients and clinic staff nationwide. You will also be making outgoing calls to assist patients who are new to CPAP therapy.The TS Consultant will take pride in providing tailored services over the phone to our private and government funded (Federal or State Health Organisation, Department of Veterans Affairs) patients.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?A pivotal role answering phone calls from our patients relating to CPAP and other Sleep Therapies.
