We have permanent, full-time and part-time positions available to support our Busselton clients.
Your key responsibilities will include: Manage a varied caseload, supporting a range of different people of all ages, living with a disability.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in providing a range of Speech Pathology services and developing comprehensive therapy plans.
Apply collaborative, family centred practice principles in service delivery.
Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered as per the requirements of CRM.
What makes you the right candidate? Relevant Degree qualifications in Speech Pathology Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Experience working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector Previous clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist with working knowledge augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) Well-developed understanding of Dysphagia and mealtime management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously Have a strong focus on safety culture and willingness to always improve quality, safety and compliance Ideally trained in PROMPT and AUSLAN Ideally experience supporting Autism Spectrum Disorder, Early Intervention, literacy and social skills All successful candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Drivers License, WCC, National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
