Job Description Join our team as a part-time Therapy Assistant in Bellerive, Hobart. The purpose of this position is to provide therapy assistance and administrative support to allied health professionals within the Kites Therapy Tas Services. The role will be primarily with children but may occasionally include some adult clients. 
Key responsibilities and accountabilities Delivering interventions and programs under the direction and supervision of allied health professional staff within client's homes, at Kites Tas and in the community. Producing resources including the use of specific software, printing, laminating, researching available options, cleaning and repairing resources. Deliver group programs under supervision of allied health professional staff. Preparation for activities, clean up after activities. Follow documented process when carrying out work and actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of business processes through providing feedback and information as changes occur. Maintain accuracy of all client records within EverAbility's Client Management System. Previous experience working as a Therapy Assistant or Allied Health assistant in a disability sector or not for profit environment. Highly developed ability to work within a small team environment, including flexibility and adaptability. Attention to detail and strong ability to meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Flexibility, resourcefulness and effective time and stress management. Experience in Microsoft Office. Ability to get to and from appointments in own or work car. Hold or willingness to obtain National Police Clearance, Working with Vulnerable People check (NDIS endorsed) and valid driver's licence.
