This role will require travelling between Kojonup, Katanning and Albany areas.Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by undertaking group and individual interventions as per their individualised care plans.You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.What you'll need to succeedBefore you can be considered for this role, we'll need to make sure you possess the following:Cert III in Allied Health Assistance (or similar)NDIS Worker Screening CheckEvidence of Influenza vaccinationFull working rights in AustraliaWhat you'll get in returnOur people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
