Therapy Assistant - Applied Behaviour Analysis & Autism Specialist Therapy Assistant - Support Worker MICAH - Supporting Autistic children and families in the South West
MICAH is a therapy provider for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental difficulties. We use the science of human behaviour, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), to improve these children's and their families' lives. Our vision and values are deeply embedded into our practice.

Position Overview : MICAH is growing and we are opening our next stage of intake of clients and seeking an amazing person to join our team in a role as a therapy assistant. We are looking for dynamic team members keen to learn, take feedback and have the flexibility to work after school hours. Previous experience working with Autistic children is essential. The majority of the role is working with children as a Therapy Assistant with the possibility of a small amount of unique support work sessions.
A Therapy Assistant at MICAH is an exciting role that involves working with a team of Behaviour Analysts, Senior Behaviour Therapists and Registered Behaviour technicians. It also involves training and ongoing professional development, which will lead to being able to certify as a Registered Behaviour Technician. This role has a starting number of hours of 12 hours per week (2 days a week). The opportunity may be available to increase hours as our client base grows and the demonstration of professional commitment and growth that is needed in our specialised area.
