Therapeutic Support ManagerFull-Time Permanent PositionLocated in South HedlandLead a team of support workers to provide therapeutic care to children and young people in our out of home care services by providing excellent support, supervision and management.
About The RoleProviding support, supervision and coaching to the team of Therapeutic Youth WorkersManage and maintain rosters and appropriate staffing levelsDay to day coordination of the care of children and young peopleCoordinating and monitoring the implementation of documentation, plans and reviewsEnsuring quality life story work by the Therapeutic Youth WorkersManaging informal and formal complaints and feedbackEnsuring mandatory internal and external reporting occursIt is a requirement to complete at least two rostered shifts per week. These hours are to be negotiated with the Service Specialist (Senior Manager).
