About The Role
Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children with special needs. Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools! Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community. Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry. Take on a mentoring role and work closely with your Area Manager to support the needs of the service and region. Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager. Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks. Monday to Friday - no weekend work! About You
You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives and has experience working with children with special needs. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is essential. Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit . Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
