Duties include, but are not limited to:Supervising and coordinating the activities of the nursing staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and promoting a positive work environmentAssigning nursing care according to level of experience and patient dependencyMaintaining an effective and ongoing Department Orientation ProgramEvaluating staff performance in accordance with position descriptions and Clinical Services Division policiesThe effective provision and management of resources, ensuring that necessary supplies, equipment, and medications are available to support patient careSelection CriteriaCurrent unrestricted registration with AHPRANational Crime Check within the past 12 monthsCurrent Working with Children's CheckDemonstrated leadership experiencePGQ in Theatre Nursing, management or similarStrong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.Demonstrated critical thinking skills to prioritise care and make sound clinical judgements.How to Apply: Please click 'Apply Now'.
