Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Supporting the Surgical Team – Assist surgeons, anaesthetists, and nurses with preparing the operating rooms.Maintaining Sterility – Ensure that the theatre environment, equipment, and instruments remain sterile to reduce infection risks.Cleaning and Disinfecting – Clean the theatre after surgeries and prepare it for the next procedure.
Handling of clinical waste.Inventory Management – Monitoring and restocking supplies.Assisting with Patient Positioning and Transfer – Safely transporting and positioning patients on the operating table, ensuring comfort and preventing injuries.About You You will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to develop a working knowledge of hospital procedures.
You will be a motivated, positive individual and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
You will also bring: Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environment and independently as requiredExcellent patient and customer service focusBe available for a range of shifts across a 7-day rotating roster.Prior experience in a similar role (Desirable)Remuneration: Attractive salary on offer + superannuation + experience
