Townsville, Queensland, Australia Full Time As a promising early career researcher, you will have an ambition to work with a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers to research and develop new deep learning models and techniques for detecting sugarcane weeds in remote sensing images. The position will also involve designing and delivering training materials for the ARC Training Centre in Plant Biosecurity.In this role, you will also work closely with the project industry partners, Sugar Research Australia, while also taking a strong role in research activities across the Centre including but not limited to involvement in different projects in the areas of deep learning and remote sensing, as well as co-supervising Centre Ph D students.
