About us The Working Party is a leading eCommerce agency that works exclusively with Shopify Plus to deliver beautiful and high-converting websites for our enviable roster of clients. Since our founding in 2011, we were named as a founding Shopify partner globally, and we've brought more retailers to Shopify Plus than any other agency in the region.
Our client retention and high profile of clients – namely JB Hi-Fi, KOOKAÏ, Assembly Label, SIR, and Vida Glow – is a testament to the quality of work and advice that we provide.
Our senior team is 100% on-shore and is dedicated to helping brands achieve their potential and accelerate growth — design is a critical part in any brand's value and our approach is a key differentiator of our agency.
About the role As a UX/UI designer at The Working Party, you'll use your deep understanding of brand-building and knowledge of eCommerce-centric UI & UX design skills to elevate brands' online presence and deliver compelling customer journeys that result in conversion and sales for our clients.

About you You have 2-3 years minimum working in the digital, preferably eCommerce space. Figma is your go-to design tool. You'll have a pixel-perfect approach to quality and production and a sense of pride and ownership of your work. You have a passion for brands in the fashion, lifestyle, beauty, food, and DTC space. You are keen to take the next step in your career and work across multiple brands becoming their brand custodian and thought leader for their design direction within the digital space. You'll be organized and a great communicator – you can take the lead from a design point of view but also enjoy collaborating and working as part of an expert team.
