Videopro is looking for a full-time Senior Account Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, we seek a well-organised person with great attention to detail.
Your role:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your purpose is to provide high customer service to our staff and customers in project administration, facilitating all requirements in a timely manner with a focus on delivering excellent outcomes and exceeding expectations wherever possible.
You will be a pivotal source of information to our sales, projects, accounts, and warehouse teams, working closely with each department to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of sales processing for our commercial sector of the business. Your communication skills and ability to coordinate and execute support requests promptly and effectively will be paramount to your success in the role.
As this role involves working with multiple clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you must be able to multitask, enjoy working in a busy environment, and manage priorities. Above all, you must have a friendly 'can do' attitude.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
Set up customer accounts and negotiate finance terms that are approved by Videopro. Align all stock purchases with the financial timeline of the project. Follow the invoicing guidelines set out by our customers and ensure all invoices and project claims are submitted accurately and on time. Manage the delivery times of stock from vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule with minimal delays. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all goods are delivered as per project timelines. About you:
Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment. Ability to self-manage and work autonomously to strict deadlines. Ability to listen and understand directions provided by customers and members of the PMO. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to send concisely worded emails with correct punctuation and grammar. Ability to build rapport quickly with a range of people and manage outcomes as part of a team environment. Understanding and delivering on customer expectations – understand opportunities and challenges and determine how customer expectations can be exceeded. Ability to work calmly and stay focused whilst under pressure. Able to set priorities and meet defined deadlines. Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Strong administration skills. Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Intermediate skills in MS Office. Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team. Highly organised, with good time management skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment. Someone who uses their initiative and promotes process improvement.
