Join our dynamic team as a System Support - Compensation Admin. You will play a crucial role in enabling the University's strategic HR capabilities by leveraging leading technologies. You'll gain invaluable experience in optimising workforce processes, troubleshooting issues, and driving operational excellence through efficient solutions.
Your responsibilities will include: Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving integration and production issues promptly Configuring and building processes in Workday to ensure optimal solutions Developing and maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-making Providing end-user support and training on HR systems and processes You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced HR systems professional with a passion for driving operational excellence through efficient workforce management solutions.
You may also: Possess a Certified Workforce Administrator qualification or relevant tertiary education Have experience in HR SaaS systems, preferably Workday Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities Be well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively What we offer you!
