Are you an experienced professional in business development, quality assurance, and bid coordination? If you thrive in dynamic environments and have a knack for improving processes and delivering impactful outcomes, we want you to join our team as a Quality and Bid Coordinator, Business Development.
In this role, you will be central to coordinating business development (BD) quality systems and processes. Your excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills will also be essential as you work closely with Senior Business Development Managers on time-constrained strategic bids and proposals.
This role includes both routine tasks and intensive project-based activities. If you thrive in an environment that has lots of variety and enjoy bringing a quality lens to your work, then we look forward to hearing from you.
To be successful you will need:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in time-critical tasks Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills Experience in customer service and an ability to build trusted business relationships Demonstrated experience in successful bid/proposal writing initiatives Ability to understand and analyse complex concepts/systems and identify weaknesses/inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement systems that will deliver improved business processes Qualifications:
Completion of a degree with relevant work experience, and/or Extensive experience and specialist expertise in bid-writing and/or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Enjoy an outstanding career environment
