This is a fantastic opportunity to lead new build commercial projects up to $5M while enjoying a balanced work-life schedule with no Saturday work.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the quality of trade works and ensure all project standards are met. Report to the Project Manager on progress and address potential issues. Resolve disputes between clients and subcontractors effectively. Coordinate variation works and manage procurement and contract letting. Implement and maintain OH&S standards and develop Site Safety Plans. Monitor works against the construction schedule to ensure timely delivery. Engage with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships. What You'll Need: Proven experience managing education construction projects up to or over $5M. Minimum of 5 years in the commercial construction industry. Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction, management, or a related field. Valid White Card and compliance with workplace safety standards. Strong knowledge of industry standards and environmental awareness. Tilt-up construction ticket (preferred). Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. Must be Perth-based with full work rights in Australia.
