Full-Time Role | Immediate Start | Career Growth Opportunities TEN Recruitment is working with an established commercial contractor to find an experienced Site Manager . This is a fantastic opportunity to lead commercial builds up to $30M and start 2025 with an exciting new challenge.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, including trades and site personnel. Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards. Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation. Deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Resolve onsite challenges and conflicts efficiently. Essential Criteria: Proven experience managing end-to-end commercial construction projects up to $30M. Trade background in Carpentry or related field. Minimum of 3 years as a Site Manager or Foreman on commercial new builds. Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering quality outcomes. Positive attitude with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with tilt-up construction is advantageous. Must be based in Australia with full work rights.
