This is a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious project, working onsite to ensure its seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tender documentation for subcontractor procurement. Support procurement and purchasing processes. Collaborate with site and project management teams to manage commercial aspects. Oversee all commercial and contractual matters related to the project. Assist with project cost forecasting and reporting. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and provide input where required. Review progress claims and prepare payment certificates. Ensure adherence to budget and expenditure protocols. What You'll Need:
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial construction environment. Recent experience with a main contractor handling head and subcontractor requirements. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in Aconex software (preferred but not essential). Reside in WA with full work rights and commercial construction experience. What's On Offer:
