This role offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take on a key leadership position in the practice of civil law in Queensland. Our Civil Justice Services Division is recognised as a leading provider of specialist legal services to vulnerable Queenslanders, assisting them with issues in specialist civil law fields including consumer protection, farm finance, social security appeals, NDIS appeals, Anti-Discrimination, Human Rights and employment law.
This position is temporary full time to 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension.
What you will do Coordinate and provide leadership in the delivery of civil law services Manage a team of professional and administrative staff Lead, monitor and report on the operational performance of the team Represent clients, including preparing matters and personally appearing for clients About you: The successful candidate will have Detailed knowledge of the practice and procedure of civil law Experience in managing a legal team Ability to contribute to the professional development of others What we can offer you 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours) 12.75% employer super contributions Generous salary packaging available Study leave for approved work-related courses Interested?
