As an Event Logistics Captain , you will be responsible for providing an engaging, efficient and high-quality service by coordinating our Event Logistics team members while on shift.

A few of your responsibilities:
Supervise team members and assist the Management Team with on-the-job training and development of the team Supervise the service flow and performance standards within the outlet.
Make recommendations to the Manager that will assist in maximising productivity of the outlet Ensure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings and ensure a smooth transition and handover between all shifts.
Including the completion of any daily/shift swap log reports if required.
Encourage a positive working relationship between Food and Beverage outlets and other departments within the company.
What are we looking for?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality desirable Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Demonstrated ability in developing productive workplace relationships Forklift, Traffic, and White Card License About you:
With your exceptional attention to detail and logistics background, you will take pride in ensuring a professional execution of Events for our valued guests.
Your ability to work collaboratively with a large and diverse team will set our Events team up for success.
