The Role Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Analyse financial data and provide insights to support management decisions.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.
Conduct cost analysis and profitability studies.
Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Support the Financial Accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks.
Collaborate with various business units to establish a strong partnership with operations and management.
Provide real-time support and analysis to assist in decision-making.
Support multiple departments as needed and provide assistance across the organisation.
About You Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, or business.
CA or CPA qualified (or working towards).
Extensive experience delivering services aligned with business activities.
Ability to lead stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
Strong business planning, organisational, financial, and report writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience managing workloads in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in various computer and accounting applications.
