Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 + super + salary packaging

The Role:
As the Clinical Operations Lead , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of clinical care across a multidisciplinary assessment workforce.
With a thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, you will lead virtual program operations, provide clinical oversight, and support compliance with funding agreements.
This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel across the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire teams to implement programs, leveraging multidisciplinary expertise.
Advise and influence clinical stakeholders and project teams on strategic priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and business stakeholders.
Provide leadership on risk, quality, and compliance in clinical operations.
Assessment and Planning: Oversee clinical activities, including intake, triage, assessments, and post-assessment support.
Provide clinical insights using data to support strategic decisions.
Address and resolve client feedback and complaints to enhance service confidence.
Quality and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and enhance the Clinical Governance Framework.
Ensure documentation aligns with best practice and Aged Care Assessment Framework standards.
Drive operational improvements and compliance through evidence-based practices.
About You:
Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in aged care, assessment, and/or service coordination.
Previous experience in a management role, leading a multidisciplinary team.
Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification and AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist, OR eligibility for AASW membership as a Social Worker.
Current influenza vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination.
Unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
Desirable: Knowledge of local service providers.
Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
Experience with My Aged Care Assessment System Tools.
