An exciting opportunity has become available for an exceptional Academic Administrator.
This is a permanent full-time position starting as soon as possible.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient and effective management of academic operations, directly impacting the educational experience and success of students.
Essential to this role Proficiency in Edval, Synergetic, Google Sheets, and MS Office applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
Exceptional attention to detail in managing academic records and timetabling tasks.
Strong organisational skills to manage complex scheduling and rooming challenges efficiently.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with teachers, parents, and students.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable to this role A background in educational administration, information technology, or a related field is advantageous.
Prior experience with timetabling software and academic record management systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the educational sector's regulatory and compliance frameworks.
