About the Role: Due to a recent promotion, we have a permanent, full-time vacancy for an exceptional EA to support our Group Executive of Mission Enterprises based in Blackburn, Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements. The Mission Enterprises portfolio consists of Aged Care, Employment Plus, Salvos Housing, Salvos Funerals, and Salvos Stores.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide a full range of executive support to the Group Executive Mission Enterprises to ensure the effective management of their office, schedule, and workload. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily business activities by regularly reviewing diary, emails, meetings, and travel demands and identifying and resolving potential issues. Draft and/or review a range of reports, correspondence, and presentations. Administer Mission Enterprise Leadership Meetings and any other scheduled or portfolio-wide group meetings. Participate as part of the EA team supporting the TSA Executive and Portfolio Leads, which may include providing backfill and additional support to EAs across TSA Executive as required. Ensure sound document control and record management of key information is maintained, developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems. Manage a range of financial processes including expenses, invoices, etc. Coordinate and make travel arrangements for staff in the office of the Group Executive Mission Enterprises. About You: Relevant Business qualifications such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired but not essential). Significant demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills. Sound presentation and communication skills (oral and written). Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite. Experience in settings requiring a high level of confidentiality with the need for sound judgement, tact, and discretion. Exposure to Committees, Boards, and senior management with demonstrated experience in influencing and relationship management with key stakeholders.
