Payroll Services, which is a part of the Finance & Corporate Services Department, is responsible for ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner, in full compliance with all relevant legislation and awards.
About the role As the Senior Payroll System Administrator, you will ensure the efficient and accurate operation of the Women's payroll systems, playing a key role in maintaining seamless payroll processes. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Chris21 payroll system and supporting the Optima rostering system.
A regular day will see you:
Serve as the internal Chris21 expert, responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the system Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the payroll and rostering systems Ensure a seamless integration with payroll systems to facilitate accurate and timely payroll processing Provide training and support to staff members on the use of the Optima system Address and resolve any user issues or system errors promptly This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join an organisation with purpose, and step into a highly regarded, pivotal role!
About you To succeed in this role, you'll bring with you:
Minimum of five years previous payroll experience (preferably within the health industry) A strong customer service and team-oriented approach to your work Sound knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Agreements/Awards (preferably within the health industry) Chris21 experience (preferred but not essential) Time & Attendance/Rostering experience (preferred but not essential) At the Women's you will enjoy a culture that is collaborative, supportive and passionate about learning.
