3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week, 2 days from an RACP office location per week, 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team. Job Description About the Role
This role will provide secretariat and administrative support to RACP training programs and its committees, including:
Coordinating training program administration Coordinating, attending and providing high level secretariat services to committees Preparing meeting agendas and minutes, briefs, draft reports and correspondence Working with committees to ensure they adhere to policies and procedures Contributing to continuous improvement activities Desired Skills and Experience About You
The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, managing a range of complex tasks in a changing work environment Ability to work independently and collaborate with own and other teams A commitment to professional client service Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration and/or experience in education/health programs or in a member based organisation is highly desirable but not essential.
