The Opportunity As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring the efficient operation and strategic oversight of financial, HR, and administrative functions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone ready to lead, innovate, and drive financial performance.
The Tasks Ahead Financial Oversight: Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts Prepare detailed financial reports for the Board and CEO Ensure compliance with ASIC and other regulations Manage day-to-day financial operations Human Resources Coordination: Oversee HR processes including payroll and recruitment Provide support in administering HR policies Administrative Management: Manage office operations and ensure document management compliance Support contract negotiations and MYOB administration About You You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
