Your Role:
Develop and manage procurement registers to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Oversee contractor engagement, ensuring contractual compliance and performance.
Process and review subcontractor claims and variations with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage head and subcontractor agreements, handling all variations and negotiations.
Provide practical, on-the-ground solutions to challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive success across time, cost, quality, safety, and compliance benchmarks.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator, ideally with Design and Construct exposure.
Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring and developing team members.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to handle challenges head-on.
Qualifications in Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
