Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly experienced ICT Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for managing and maintaining our company's information and communication technology systems.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement ICT strategies in line with the company's overall business objectives Manage and maintain the company's ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks Ensure the security and integrity of all ICT systems and data Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans Manage and mentor a team of ICT support staff Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company's systems are efficient and effective Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance and status of the company's ICT systems Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment Proven experience managing and maintaining ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networks Strong knowledge of network security and disaster recovery planning Experience managing a team and developing staff Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and mobile technology is highly desirable Why Work for Us: At Polyglot Group, we believe in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration.
