About the role Are you ready for an exciting change in 2025? We are on the hunt for a passionate Insurance Consultant to join our dynamic National Insurance Services team, based in the vibrant Southport, Gold Coast.
This is a full-time, permanent role where you'll report to the Team Leader and play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day maintenance of our body corporate clients' annual insurance renewals.

Objectives Developing a strong understanding of the insurance renewals and managing your own portfolio. Controlling the renewals process for your portfolio through to completion. Creating and building relationships with Strata Managers, Committee Members and Insurance Brokers. Using your administration experience to make the insurance renewal process a seamless operation for all stakeholders. About you Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the insurance or strata industry, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest! You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thinking outside the box! You can collaborate with others with the "focus on solutions". If you want to be the "glue" for our tribe and are genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you!
