About the opportunity
We're looking for a standout administrator to be based in our North Management Darwin branch.
Here's your golden opportunity to gain or expand your strata knowledge as you work hand in hand with our talented Strata Managers.
Together, you'll ensure PICA's Body Corporate Management Agreements are executed seamlessly, handling everything from repairs and maintenance to levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.

In this role, you'll also have the chance to sharpen your organisational skills.
You'll maintain and manage documents and records related to the building scheme within a document management system, ensuring everything is always up-to-date and easily accessible.

About you:
You're an experienced administration professional with good document management skills.
Experience in admin is extremely beneficial.
You know how to use Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Database management experience is beneficial.
You don't mind a challenge, learning new skills and managing tasks.
You have great relationship-building skills.
