We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team to lead the lifestyle program at Royal Freemasons Coppin Centre.
As a Lifestyle Coordinator you will develop and manage a variety of programs and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents. This is essential in promoting social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity for the residents. You will foster a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for.
Under the supervision of the Facility Manager, the Lifestyle Coordinator is also responsible for the coordination of lifestyle volunteers and resident wellbeing assistants and provides supervision, direction, and delivery for all day-to-day programs.

It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.
All aged care workers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and are encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine. All successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
