They usually have their swim lanes (market fit) clearly defined, depth in technical specialization and employ the trusted advisors playbook when it comes to client service.

A diverse client portfolio of government, energy, retail and more awaits.
Technology specialization includes Microsoft (especially Dynamics), Salesforce, Cloud/Data and some broader Architecture action.
They already have exposure to some major state projects related to the Brisbane Olympics and the QLD Energy Plan.
As Technical Director and a member of the QLD SLT, you'll have a lens over all technical development work, leading two core technology practices (MS and Salesforce) and influencing the future service offerings (including AI/Data/Cloud).
This role is broken down into three core areas of focus:
Practice: Developing client opportunities; land and expand, RFQ's and business networking.
People: Technical leadership (wider team of ~20 with; 2 direct reports) and working as part of the SLT.
Billable: Solution Architecture / Strategy work.

Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics, Azure)
Salesforce
Cloud/Data
This is very much a startup style environment and as such there will be opportunities for more senior leadership opportunities down the track. Some of the founding team have overseen corporate exits in the past and thus this is not a place where you can expect to stand still.
