A Private equity-backed IT Services business is looking to hire a Head of Growth to join its Gold Coast office and manage a small team in this player/coach role. Due to the Head of Sales moving into the CEO role, this role has now become available. The focus will be on directing and developing sales strategy, operational plans, tactics, and processes that will drive revenue growth. This organisation is at the forefront of transformative IT, Cyber Security and AI solutions and responsibilities will include: Building and managing a high-performing sales team while managing your personal sales pipeline. Developing market-driven sales strategies to hit ambitious revenue goals. Cultivating strong client relationships and expanding industry connections through trade shows, mixers, and networking events. Providing discipline and rigour to the sales process as an expert on best practices. Driving lead generation across SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media, and more. Manage contacts and campaigns via an online database, including creating and updating prospect and client lists and segment data for targeted e-mail campaigns. Candidates should have: 4-year degree is required. Preference towards Business, Marketing or related major with an MBA is a big plus. Be well-connected with a proven track record of smashing quotas year after year covering QLD, NSW and VIC markets. A natural networker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role, with a knack for consultative selling. Experience leading and mentoring top-tier sales teams. A sharp, competitive mindset with a collaborative spirit. Be located on the Gold Coast or willing to relocate; this is an in-office environment.
