Senior IFA Administrator (Part-Time) · Assistant to a senior adviser with a full client bank of approximately 100+ clients.
· Developing a business relationship with existing clients as their initial point of contact, dealing with any telephone, postal or email communications.
· Liaison with the adviser's paraplanner and assisting with the preparation and distribution of annual review reports.
· Monitoring the existence of and requesting, as appropriate, documentation from clients to ensure initial and ongoing compliance requirements are met.
· Paper and electronic filing of records/documents using Intelligent Office filing system.
The person we are looking for: · Experienced administrator/PA (IFA industry an advantage)
· Professional, personable and highly motivated and have the ability to work under pressure.
· Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
· Able to work on own initiative with the ability to prioritise.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
· High standard of IT skills, including competency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
· Experience of working with financial platforms and Intelligent Office (IO) an advantage.
· Ability to act with tact and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: £15 per hour
Benefits: Company Pension Private Healthcare 25 days holiday pro-rata Schedule: 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Hours worked can be in between school drop off and pick up if necessary.
