Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to bring AI and analytics solutions to life. You'll be crucial in translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring that data-driven solutions align with business objectives. Additionally, you will focus on fostering innovation by staying abreast of the rapidly evolving AI and analytics technologies, driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions within the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Analytics & AI, you will work with and lead cross functional teams and focus on enabling effective and timely use of data, analytics and AI across the organisation and improving our overall performance against targets, to make us fit for the future in a constantly changing world.
What you'll do
Determine and drive strategic future direction, transforming the approach to end-to-end delivery of Data Warehousing, business intelligence and data science platforms. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI & Analytics projects Articulate the vision and business value of AI & Analytics initiatives Prioritise ideas and use cases to drive the AI & Analytics strategy forward Improve the appetite for AI and data, bringing infectious positive enthusiasm that inspires others What you'll bring
Proficiency in Python, R or other data-related programming languages Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases to manage and query data Knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques and algorithms and their application Familiarity and experience in experimenting with a range of the latest tools in the AI landscape Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Microsoft Copilot Studio experience would be advantageous but not a requirement What you'll get
