Some of the things you'll be working on... Utilising tools to track and coordinate production activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support pre, pro and post-production activities for each project. Oversee the filming process, ensuring the clients vision is executed effectively whilst facilitating communication between crew members and other stakeholders. Overview of the editing, sound design, colour grading, progress and overall storytelling. Partner with internal teams such as: Social team for asset management, Partnerships team for client management, Design team for visual effects. Ensure all content meets The Local Project's high standards of accuracy, style and brand guidelines. Experience you'll need… Ideally 2-3 years' experience working as a producer in a fast paced creative environment, but we are open to more junior candidates who can demonstrate exceptional potential to grow. Highly organised with superior communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple high pressure projects at a time. Ability to work autonomously and proactively. An interest and desire to expand skillset into the visual mediums of Video and Print.
