About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Beverage Manager to join the dynamic team at The Lawns. As the Group Beverage Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the beverage program across The Lawns' portfolio of premium hospitality brands. This full-time role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the strategic growth of the business.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing innovative beverage programs and menus to elevate the customer experience Managing the procurement, inventory and supply for all beverage products Providing training and mentoring to front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional beverage service Analysing sales data and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborating with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that complement the food offering Building positive relationships with key suppliers and identifying opportunities for supplier partnerships What we're looking for Extensive experience (2+ years) in a senior beverage management role within the hospitality industry Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful beverage programs and menus The ability to analyse data to drive strategic decision-making and pivot quickly Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences About us
