We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Factory Foreman to join our team. This role is essential to ensure smooth operations, meet production targets and timelines, and uphold our standards for quality and safety.
Key responsibilities: Supervise daily Factory operations and ensure production schedules are met Lead, train and motivate a team of production workers Assist in enforcing safe work methods within the Factory Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement solutions Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within a factory or manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Relevant trade certificate or equivalent experience.
