About You Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and analysis.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.
Demonstrated ability to implement training programs and drive staff development.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
Current qualifications as a Food Safety Supervisor preferred.
Full work rights in Australia and valid RSA.
Potential for visa sponsorship an option.
Approved Manager or Licensee accreditation is an advantage.
